what equipment do you take out when exloring?

here is what I have:

Night vision monocular
LED maglite
combat boots
GPS (installed in my car)
handheld GPS
latex gloves
waders
a good digital camera.

and for added protection:
pepper spray.

Awesome night vision monocular! how much was that? Are the really as good as they show in the movies?

I have a:

Digi cam
5 million candle power cyclops spotlight
A couple backup LED flashlights
Hand held Magellan GPS
Big glowsticks
Pocketknife

It was actually really cheap, Its a Nightowl brand generation 2, and its cost 100.00. at a pawn shop.

they are really clear and sharp, up to about 30 yards away, maybe a little more, and you cant use them in complete darkness, you have to have some sort of ambient light source, with a few falshlights in dark tunnels it works fine.

I have lots of neat toys, I used to be a bail bond investigator, and am now getting my private imvestigators license.

when I start my new job and begin to get regular money, I am goingt o start investing in more "toys" and outdoors type stuff.
