Water fountain?

So on Tuesday around noon- 1pm there was a giant stream of water shooting up a few hundred feet. I think it was just across the river from the arch. Dose anyone know what was going on?

that's awesome! When did that fountain start operating? I was in St. Louis for the "Fair St. Louis" over the 4th of July holiday in 2002 & 2003 and spent 3 days each time at the arch and never saw that thing.
