Ok so a buddy and I went to the Coke Plant today. As we were navigating around we ran across this place. We noticed it was not active and figured out how to get in. Which was pretty darn easy. Has anyone else been here or know what it was used for? It seems it hasn't been active for about 5-10 years.
Here is a link to the photo's of it...

RE: U.S Air Force Installation
If I'm not mistaken, this installation moved out to Vogel and Richardson Roads a few years ago.
Re: U.S Air Force Installation
That is a defense mapping agency. Are you saying that is what was going on inside these buildings?

My guess would be more of a distribution/logistics location. Judging by the pics, it has been closed for at least a few years. I liked your Coke plant pics more, but I bet it was more of a rush being on Govt. property. What kind of camera are you using?

I did some research and it was a mapping agency. If you look that this link and read the last paragraph it tells us.

I am using a Samsung S630 I bought from Wal-Mart for $100. I had to buy a new one as my 3 y/o daughter said my other one "was dirty and needed to be washed". So she took it upon herself to clean it in the kitchen sink for me... lol

Me and Wolffy went there a few months back.
Boring. Really, really boring.
Still, we found the dirty remains of a map of southwestern Russia.

Yeah the place really had nothing to it. Except for the dead animal when we walked through a door.

Channel 5 just said a 16 y/o boy died there last night. They said they don't know what he was doing there but he was killed by some power lines. I hope it wasn't anyone on here.
They also said they have 3 other kids in custody that where with him...
Here is the story:
