Timberlake manor?

The other day at my work, a co-worker was talking about how she has to go to court and possibly pay a large fine for tresspassing in an old abandoned nursing home. I asked her if it was the Chesterfield Manor home and she said no, it was the Timberlake manor home. She said its down olive somewhere but wasn't quite sure. Does anyone know of a Timberlake Manor?

I've heard advertisements for Timberlake Manor on the radio....I assume it can't be the same one....
