Dinner/Ghost Hunt Fri July 11th @ 8pm

Okay peeps, here's the new information:

Meet at Mijuri (on s. campbell, next to andy's) at 8pm and then ghost hunt at my house around 10pm until people get tired. If you want to skip dinner and meet us afterward at my house, send me a PM.

I'm bringing my brother, Cerixus. He came when we went to Harunos, some of you might remember him. He posts here on very rare occasions.

Brouser, are you and your better half going to attend? You should have sushi with us at least.

I don't know. I kind of doubt it. Things are very hectic and slightly stressful. I don't even have the energy to take my frustrations out on SubLunar right now.

I promise I will be there unless my grandpa passes away. That's the only thing that will keep me from it. A couple of weeks ago he was given "a couple of weeks to live" so I just have no idea when I might get the phone call. Latest report (about an hour ago) was that he hasn't taken anything to eat or drink since Tuesday evening and that his hands and feet are turning dark purple (sign that his circulatory system is slowly shutting down to conserve energy). He's been too weak to talk since last week. We all know the end is near, just don't know when.

Uh, sorry if that was too blunt or depressing. Of course I'm upset about it, but he's been bedridden for the past year and I've had the past couple of weeks to prepare myself and say my goodbyes. Last week he had a rare day of complete lucidity and for the first time in over a year he was telling stories and jokes, laughing at us and carrying on. We actually thought that was going to be his last day with us because hospice care said that people sometimes get a crazy burst of energy at the end. I was lucky enough to be there that day and I got to tell him I love him and say goodbye.
