See ya there, unless something "urgent" comes up.

I have three UE trips planned already for next spring. I have to start sorting out which ones I want to take.

Can I get an idea on local accomadations? Hotels? Motels? ect?
Is price a concern for you? There are a lot of places to stay within 15 minutes of where the meet will be held. Also I hope we can do some exploring that evening/night.

I'm cheap, so price is always a concern. As long as it is reasonable, I am happy.

Soap plant would work. Will suck ass getting a bbq pit to the roof or even to the upper floors.

I figure I can rope in some of the non-message board locals.
We did the soap bbq already, but we know it works. I feel we should make this bigger like a half dozen locations or something after the bbq.

Eastside, downtown at night or next morning you know...

Maybe call it louplex or something.

Ok I am going to need some help getting everything together for the BBQ. We need enough food to feed atleast 40 people. This may change as it gets closer to the event. I am going to take care of the meat. So I will provide hamburgers and hot dogs. If you feel we need chicken or anything else let me know. So I will need to following from some of you great people:

Hamburger buns
Hot dog buns
Chips
Ice
Soda
BBQ pit
Charcoal
Lighter fluid
Paper plates
Napkins
Trash bags (2)
Ketchup
Mustard
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Onions

If you think I left anything out please let me know.
