I think the dish would be cool, but I would believe that we would have to get permission to hold a BBQ out there as we would be there long enough for the owners to find out. Private property rocks as long as you have permission for extended stay.

I cast a vote for Eureka. The ghost tour is awesome, and Eureka is close enough that myself and the other Branson guys would probably go. Besides, I hear there are some awesome things to see and do there .

Re: barbeque poll
Ok well since no one else is joining in I'll start. First of all. I guess it's Eureka springs for the meeting place. Either that or Blowing Springs. I'd say Eureks since everyone knows where it is but it's your call Static. Also will the weekend work for everyone?

Re: barbeque poll
Weekends are good, but I suggest that we wait till after the first of the year. Plan this for '07 so that we all have time to make arrangements so we can all be there. I know my schedule is pretty full for the rest of '06.
Just a thought...

Thanks GC, I thought that would be a good one however I see Eureka has won out. Either way works for me. I do think waiting till the first of the year sounds good since holiday seasons are on us. Yet again whatever works for me. Although as long as it's not the weekend of the 9th in Dec. Caving trip in the works with Sertile that weekend.GlassCurtain wrote:Yeah Ambrosian!! Cushman sounds like a great place. Good caving. I also like all the myths about blowing cave.
New post on its way found locations to 4 new caves! All around Cushman's Blowing Cave. I will post some pictures!! We got some great ones! Anywho just let me know I am game!!!! Check out the web link GC tell me what you think it's still in the works though! Pm me.
They called it domesticated, tamed, feminized ... is there a pill I can take to get rid of it??

Re: barbeque poll
I already said it in another thread, but have you thought about the tower at Monte Ne? Plus it's public property.
It's a little farther for anyone from Springfield, though.

I want to go, but 5 or 6 hours in a car sucks.
