Good Day Hikes in North Central Arkansas

I'm off work for Columbus Day and was wondering if any of you know of any good day hikes in north central Arkansas or south central Missouri. I'd love to go hiking at places where there are caves or other interesting places to explore. What are some of your favorite places?
