Diamonds are for ever...

Post by Bartje »

Together with Martino i made a trip to the diamond workshop.

Its closed in 1985 after 75 years of duty.
Hard to believe that they worked until that year in this very oldfashioned place!

Once there were more then thousand small workshops in this are, now only a very few left.

Placed this one in hidden, because its better that not everybody go hunting after this place.

More pics on the website.

Yeah it seems like if something is abandoned for more than a month or so over here it gets tagged and torn up.

Yeah, if someone abandoned a Rolls just about anywhere in the US, I'd give it about a week before it was either destroyed or stolen. I heard about a guy who's truck got stuck when he was wheeling, and he came back barely 6 hours later to get it unstuck, and somebody had dented all the sheet metal, busted all the glass, ripped the interior to shreds, somehow tore the hood off, cracked open the battery and emptied it's contents all over the interior, and here's the best part, they shat and pissed ALL OVER the interior and the engine compartment. When they hauled it in for scrap, the scrap yard almost didn't take it.

WHO DOES THIS CRAP?
