yeah jzt a simple question, i try to upload a picture for my avatar but it says *pixels must be under 10* then when that gets done *must be 100x100* and then when i try to get it strait from a site- its huge, like to big for a avatar- anything that i can do to get smaller pictures?

Yeah, you'll have to edit the picture in some kind of photo editing program like Photoshop or Paint Shop.

I use The paint program that comes with windows, then save it as a .gif file. drasticly lessens the size of the file and only slightly adjusts most pics...

the last image i had was like 11kb... and if i made it any smaller it couldnt be seen- awww man i was mad
