So there was one behind the scenes hurdle left before UO was fully re-established. There wasn't supposed to be any downtime. But due to unexpected technical reasons, the site took a shit for a couple weeks. Something stupid happened either at the former domain registrar or the new one but either way, they can both eat a dick for taking so long to get the domain nameservers updated.
So yeah... sorry about that!
The good news is the change that just occurred was the last step in the transition to Underground Ozarks 2.0.
UO is back for real and here to stay*.
*except in the event of unexpected technical reasons
