I would like to visit the Harrison tunnel(s)? I visited the Eureka Abandon Tunnel recently and had a great time doing it. Go to waymarking.com and search for Eureka Tunnel and click on the tunnel pic without the train for some pics from my visit. I have heard there is one at Harrison but I dont know where it is.

The tunnels are interesting, they only extend for a little ways though, roughly from the old middle school to the park. Ther is a very large cave under the older part of the town, I think it's called magis, it's very big, very very big, although I've never seen the main chamber I'm told there is a lake in it, and while your in the area, dog patch is definately worth a look see. It's a freaking abandoned amusement park, how freaking scooby doo can you get

There are a lot of threads about Dogpatch on the forums already. Some pretty good stuff in them if you search through them. But please, if you visit the place just take pictures from the road.

The cave under the old part of Harrison is called Major's Cave, I'm pretty sure. I was in part of it as a kid but I don't remember how we got there. If anyone knows of an entrance I'd like to hear about it.  |
