Neoh, i sent you a message with the coordinates to ladder cave and to a few places you might want to check out. The places I sent/visit dont require breaking property to enter.
Why would someone want to be caught again? |

Breaking and Entering requires that you break something to enter. Trespassing would be walking into a place that is not secured. They're different.

Back then, they expunged your record when you turned 18. Unfortunately for today's youth, this is no longer the case.
As an adult, it's much uglier. One of our previous regulars experienced that not too long ago and it involved court-dates and several thousand dollars and it's probably going to stay on his record.

So I asked to be sure.
If the house is unlocked and you go in its it trespass.
If you break something to go in its Burglary. Missouri does not have B&E charges.
If its unlocked and you go in and do anything else illegal its Burglary.

As far as the B&E not existing, well that must've changed recently. |
