The entire interior of Christ Redeemed Baptist Church @ 25th and Ridge Ave in East STL burned last weekend. This first photo circulated on social and news media for a few days, but my photos from the day after are below. I'd never seen the aftermath of such a large structure fire before.
An eerie shame for the community to lose this building.

Extremely sad indeed. Did anyone get on you about being so close?

Re: ESTL: Recent Church Fire
Way to go hobos.
Boy scouts should do community outreach by teaching campfire skills to the homeless.
Edit: Read the article, this probably wasn't hobos, but my argument is valid in other cases.

Re: ESTL: Recent Church Fire
The church wasn't abandoned before the fire. Wasn't homeless. Apparently the church still has services every Sunday. The church was also used as storage for carpet rolls. Not sure if anyone knows the story on how it started.
