Mt Magazine tunnels & Government secrets
Mt Magazine tunnels & Government secrets
Native American stories of caves possibly stretching hundreds of miles, ancient staircase leading to "nothing " below Cameron's bluff, secret military activity on west end of mountain, bunkers under buildings by the communication towers, multiple bottomless pits, mysterious plane crashes........So much exploration to do & that's with me purposely leaving out some of the other legends like Desoto's treasure, silver & gold veins, The Ark of The Covenant, & of course UFOs. The weather is starting to cool off so we're about to ramp up our exploration efforts hopefully with less rattlesnakes encounters. First we're sending cams in atleast one of these so called bottomless pits so I'll post pics soon if there's anything interesting.

Bottomless pits? That sounds like sinkholes or mines. If it's mines, I'm interested. Already planning on making it to Rush this fall...

Read stories of the caves at cameron bluff in old books and homesteader tales. However all I've ever seen around the bluff is small shelters consisting of crevasses and small overhangs.
You can hike to the plane crash site. There were two planes that crashed close together.
All of the De Soto and Indian markings are in the area but not on Magazine proper.
If you are able to locate the marker rocks near Painted Rock I would be interested in seeing them.

I'm not convinced the De Soto marking is real but could be wrong.
