What's the location of this supposed haunted bridge that has been reported to move ones car if it's off and lights are off? Heard it was somewhere by Springlawn......but not sure on the exact location. _________________ "Where are we? Middle-a bum fu*k and you got a pretty mouth." |

Uh... there was one near Springlawn, but I'm not sure if its still there. There was another one somewhere in Ozark. Can't remember the name, though, or exact location. Someone took me there once about a year ago, but it didn't really work like it was supposed to. _________________ Latest Update - Camp Wellfleet, Freshbrook Village: http://undergroundozarks.com/blog/sertile/ |

For the record, chances are its just a gravity bridge. _________________ Everyone else who lets me ride on their dinosaur calls me Carlos. |

The haunted bridge is the bridge just north of springlawn. It used to be an old awesome bridge i think as late as the 1990 but it was torn down for being unsafe ish and its now a concrete bridge.
There is a small cliff close to the road there and in high school guys would take girls out and pretend the car would not start once it was turned off and their friends would be up on the cliff and wail and make noise to scare the girls. It was great fun to do after or before the albino farm.
I dont know of any cars that would really not start after being turned off but the new bridge was there by time i was old enough to start going out there. _________________

Yeah I actually had a friend try and freak me out that way. It worked but I shortly caught on. That would be sweet though if there was such a bridge that could move your car or something of that nature. _________________ "Where are we? Middle-a bum fu*k and you got a pretty mouth." |

| There are two bridges in the Ozark area that are supposed to be haunted. One is the Riverside Bridge, next to the old (now gone) Riverside Inn, on Riverside Drive, past the park. The other is Green Bridge, out Greenbridge Road (imagine that!) toward Smyrna Baptist Church. Both bridges are still there, but Riverside Bridge is closed. |
