My usual routine:
1. create new text document
2. save as .htm
3. open in IE
4. view source
5. edit page directly through "view>source" command
6. save and refresh page
7. repeat 4-6 as necessary

I would think this is how most people do it as it requires the least amout of clicking and typing since everything can be done directly through IE...

Is there a more efficient method?

Is it this easy with Firefox?

What I've found is that the answer to both questions is: no. It would be nice if I am wrong about that.
