Lakeside Park
I'm going to attempt to post some pictures of Lakeside Park that I took last summer. The park has been abandoned since the late 20's early 30's. It was a major attraction in this area in its day. It was a very interesting UE...I hope to get back there this comming summer to explore it further.

The old bridge supports for the suspension bridge that used to cross the river. The bridge was supposidly dammaged in a flood and never rebuilt. I've always wondered how much of the old bridge is resting on the bottom of the creek.

Another pic of the bridge anchor/support. There is a set of these on either side of the river.

What left of the old "Pit" Toilets that were part of the old Bath House. Bath house doesn't exist anymore...how ever I did find some of the bricks for it randomly laying around further away from its original locations...like they had washed down stream at some point.

This is where the old Bath House used to sit. It used to sit on top of the concrete pylons in the picture...I guess to keep it above "Most" flood levels. The open pit toilet holes (there are two of them side by side) are located toward the back of the outline of pylons. Aparently the toilets were located at the back of the bath house. Notice the old Trolley bridge in the background.

RE: Lakeside Park
The site is "Fairly Unmolested" and I won't post the exact location publically.
However I'd be glad to PM it to the "Regular's" on the UO Forum.
