I'll just post it. It's a settelling sump located ~3/4 mi upriver from the Union Electric plant. It was used to remove fine silts from the city's water supply at beginning of the last century. Not anything that great, but interesting none the less. Careful entering the place, as one could easily fall to their death. There is no handrail at the entrance.
