Batman weed Mansion, Tennessee
The following pics are from a home in Tennessee, that the DEA raided sometime last year, this is one of the most amazing things I have ever seen, Fake rocks in yard to escape out of, caves under the houe, and the engineering it took to do this kind of work is unreal.
If i could find the article I would post it, but I seem to have lost it.

Thats what I thought.Karaxtina wrote:OH MY GOD! Thats genius!
I have to wonder if this house in a neighborhood or not, or just off in the woods, or out in the county, because the work that it took, to make all those changes, you would think, that it would be noticed by people/neighbors.
that kind of engineering (tunneling, electric, hydraulic) isnt something done by your average person. this is contractor work, people were hired to do this stuff, and I wonder what those people were thinking while they were performing this work, and what kind of answers the owners were telling these workers.
lots of questions.

Well I would assume that the people who did this work were probably paid in green (Im not talking about money). This might of cost the guy the supplies and a few plants.this is contractor work, people were hired to do this stuff, and I wonder what those people were thinking while they were performing this work, and what kind of answers the owners were telling these workers.

I think it would be awesome (minus the weed) to have a house like that.
What's the point of making a point if the point you are trying to make is pointless? Do you get my point?

I agree, but if the seller was going to throw in the weed and cover part of my closing costs, I'd take it if the price was right.junkman306 wrote:I think it would be awesome (minus the weed) to have a house like that.

We'll go in half and you can keep the weed. Weed causes me bad flashbacks so I try to stay away.

How can you sneak in a "blast" door like that?

I like how the door is made of the same material as the wall, if you didnt know that was a door, you probably could not tell the difference.jetskiergrant wrote:How can you sneak in a "blast" door like that?
I am still amazed at the technology used to build that house.

I haven't been on these forums that long. Does this thread have a habit of popping up every few weeks?

There does tend to be some repetition, but twice is usually the limit.

I think that it was interesting enough that a repost didn't hurt.

Re: Batman weed Mansion, Tennessee
That is un-fucking-believable.
What did they tell the lighting, electrical, concrete, excavation contractors? I'm sure a lot of this was done by the owners, but still, there's just no way they could do it all. And this isn't some hack job, it's so professional, so permanent, not how I would do things for sure.
It really is like something out of a far-fetched James Bond movie.
Unbelievable.
